A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am grateful to call the breathtaking state of Colorado my home. With nearly three decades of experience in the real estate market and a lifelong resident of Colorado, I have witnessed various markets, trends, growth, and expansions.
My journey began working alongside my grandfather, a retired USAF Colonel Ace Fighter Pilot. After retirement, my grandfather became a custom home builder, where I cultivated a construction background during my early teen years. This experience provided me with insights not only from the marketing and selling aspect of real estate but also from the production and building side.
In 1995 I became a licensed Colorado realtor working under the guidance of my mother retired now after 50 years in the business and got my Employing Broker license in 1998. Since then, I have worked with different builders as an onsite realtor, owned my own real estate company, and raised my son Jack in the beautiful state we call home.
Jack is now a pilot instructing here in Colorado Springs and in Moab Utah on his way to United Airlines.
As a third-generation realtor, with all generations rooted in Colorado, I possess the background essential for creating successful transactions for my clients. Multiple years in a row I have successfully closed more than 50 transactions in a given year. My diverse knowledge and expertise in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas encompass neighborhoods, builders, floor plans, and all the requisite information necessary to guide my clients toward accomplishing their real estate goals.
